Return & Exchange Policy

We understand the struggles of purchasing online, especially when you are unable to physically check your own products. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the NAPEL online store (www.napel.com.my).

 

Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse by 8th May. Do remember to mail back your returns within the time frame and it fulfils the following conditions as below:


Terms & Conditions

  • All items are eligible for return as long as it is stated in Delivery & Returns.

  • Incorrect or defective items are eligible for exchange and return.

  • Returned item(s) must be in their original condition - tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

  • Item(s) marked with [Clearance], and item(s) sold under Clearance Corner page are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.

  • Product(s) sold at mark down prices due to defects cannot be returned.

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are only granted once. 

  • Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.

  • If you've received any free item via any ongoing discount, all items including free items have to be returned to be eligible for full refund.

  • For returns and exchanges, all shipping costs related (both returning and receiving [For exchanges]) will be borne by the customer, except for incorrect or defect items.

  • All of the above terms and conditions apply only to orders within Malaysia, please contact us if your order is not within Malaysia.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items received for more than 7 days. - Used or unsealed product, except certain stated conditions.

  • Product not sold by Napel.

  • Product damaged by buyer.

  • Free gift and samples.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, worn and washed products are not returnable or exchangeable.

Note: Shipping costs for items returned to us are not reimbursable, except for incorrect or defect items. We recommend parcels to be sent via registered mail, to ensure the parcel does not go missing. We are not liable for any missing parcels which are sent to us.
